Making Growth Simple

Creating a growing business in the energy industry is a complex process, requiring extensive connections between natural resources, networks of industry and government professionals, and assets throughout their lifecycle – from initial prospecting and acquisition through to eventual abandonment and reclamation. 360 streamlines liability management and makes growth simple so that our clients can focus on creating thriving businesses, industries, and communities.

Our Services

We support our clients with a variety of liability strategy, assessment and execution services, which help our clients drive efficiencies, decrease operational costs and control key corporate metrics including Liability Management Ratio (LMR) and Liability License Ratio (LLR).

As a fully integrated consulting firm, we offer guidance and a suite of services to maximize the value of our clients’ asset portfolios and to reduce liabilities through the management of acquisitions, divestitures, abandonments, and reclamation. Collectively, we have reduced deemed liabilities for clients by over $600MM and have managed over 3,500 abandonment and reclamation projects.

Accurate liability assessment and due diligence strategy allows you to assess abandonment and environmental obligations and negotiate with confidence.

Expanding regulation around abandonment, remediation, and reclamation is increasing the financial risks and challenging the balance sheets of firms financially invested in the energy industry. In every step along the A&D due diligence process, 360 works alongside clients to evaluate opportunities as a means of reducing the financial risk of abandonment and reclamation obligations, and to maximize the value of their assets and investments. We also assist clients in navigating regulatory requirements along the entire license transfer process.

Our liability strategy team collaborates with clients to optimize liabilities and effectively manage their abandonment, environmental, and regulatory programs.

Through company-wide reviews of programs, practices and processes, as well as field-level assessments of assets (from well to facility and beyond), 360 works with clients to develop strategies to manage liabilities. We empower clients to better manage their liabilities and improve performance based on their short, medium and long-term goals. Our services include comprehensive liability management plans, strategic advisory and LMR & LLR optimization.

Delivering full-cycle abandonment, strategic environmental program and project management services that you can rely on.

From initial site selection through to field level execution, 360 specializes in the full-scale management of well, facility and pipeline abandonment, and environmental projects. Our support includes engineering, programming, supervision, third-party consultation, Board submissions, infrastructure removal, and management of on-site abandonment, remediation and reclamation. As part of our Environmental and Reclamation Cycle, we conduct Phase I and Phase II services, Environmental Site Assessments, Detailed Site Assessments (DSAs) and coordinate and supervise any remedial and reclamation activities. Being performance-focused, our goal is to deliver results by appropriately retiring assets and creating new opportunities for growth.

With decades of combined experience working closely with government and industry, 360 can help ensure compliance and break down barriers between you and regulators to reduce the risk of project delays, suspension of operations, and other regulatory issues.

360 forms connections between organizations and people across the oil and gas industry, breaking down barriers between departments, businesses, and regulators to ensure our clients grow without regulatory issues. Doing so requires deep knowledge of regulators’ internal standards and processes. From assistance developing and monitoring compliance programs such as IWCP and Directive 13 obligations to guidance communicating with regulatory bodies and preparing submissions and applications, 360 empowers clients to more efficiently and effectively manage regulatory compliance.
